The Carson Graham Music Program is once again selling Purdys Chocolates this holiday season!
Your family, friends, co-workers and neighbours can easily shop online to avoid the malls and crowds!
A HUGE 25% of the sales made by the student goes directly into their own music trip fundraising account!
HOW IT WORKS:
The first thing you must do is log into your account.
Students have received a Purdys catalog and (2) information forms from their music teacher (check their backpacks):
1) Student Instruction Sheet - includes your name and your 7 digit individual Purdys Login ID - [email protected]) plus our password: Teams@108651. Follow the directions on this form to log into your account, send invitations to your customers, and see your sales.
2) Customer Information Sheet - send a copy of this form to family, friends, co-workers, etc. so that they can place orders on your account.

INVITE CUSTOMERS TO PLACE ORDERS
This can be done in (2) ways
1) Email them the instructions on your Customer Information Sheet (or give them a copy of this form which includes your personalized link: https://fundraising.purdys.com/181xxxx-108651
2) Log in to your Purdys account (instructions on the Student Instruction Sheet), click the same personalized link that is on your form (it's located near the top left of the screen), and hit the copy icon beside it. You can then paste this in an email out to family, friends, co-workers or in your social media to share your campaign!
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A PURDYS CATALOG OR MY INSTRUCTION FORMS:
Contact your music teacher. For a backup set of forms, contact: Susan Gibbons at [email protected]

Extra catalogs might be available in the Music Room. Or open the file below!
IMPORTANT DATES:
Sales will close at the EOD MONDAY NOVEMBER 27, 2023
This is a hard end date set by Purdys and cannot be extended. Please have all orders submitted online by this date.
ORDER PICKUP: 2 TIMES: 1) Fri Dec. 8th from 3-6 PM and 2) Mon Dec. 11th from 6-8 PM in the Agora
IMPORTANT NOTE: Students are responsible for the pickup and distribution of ALL the orders on their account (individual customers will NOT be able to pick up their own orders).
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
We will need many parent volunteers to assist us on the evening of Thursday Dec. 7th from approx. 5:00 PM onwards (later arrivals are OK!) to count and sort the chocolates ready for pick-up. Many hands make light work! We will also need a few helpers to assist with the two pick-up times listed above.
