The Carson Graham Music Program is once again selling Purdys Chocolates this holiday season!
Your family, friends, co-workers and neighbours can shop online (payment by credit card is the preferred method) or by order form (payment by cash or cheque) to avoid the crowds.
A HUGE 25% of the sales made by the student goes directly into their own music fundraising account!
HOW IT WORKS
The first thing you must do is log into your account.
Students have received a Purdys catalog and (2) information forms from their music teacher (check their backpacks!):
1. Student Instruction Sheet - includes your seven digit individual Purdys Login ID - first name@158xxxx.com) plus our password: Teams@96828. Follow the directions on this form to log into your account, send invitations to your customers, and see your sales.
2. Customer Information Sheet - send a copy of this form to family, friends, co-workers, etc. so that they can place orders on your account.
If you would like these forms sent to you in a clickable pdf format (with links) please email Susan Gibbons at susan@susangibbons.ca.
INVITE CUSTOMERS TO PLACE ORDERS
This can be done in (2) ways
1. Email them the instructions on your Customer Information Sheet (or give them a copy of this form (i.e.) send them your personalized link: https://group.purdys.com/158xxxx-96828
2. Log in to your Purdys account (instructions on the Student Instruction Sheet), click the same personalized link that is on your form (it's located near the top left of the screen), and hit the copy icon beside it. You can then paste this in an email out to family, friends, co-workers or in your social media to share your campaign!
WHAT IF MY CUSTOMER(S) WANTS TO PAY BY CASH OR CHEQUE?

Ensure your customer's name and contact information is at the top of the form
***Include the student's name so that the order is credited to your account***
Cheques must be made out to "Carson Graham Secondary"
Hand in the order form, and payment, to the school office before the deadline on Tuesday, Nov 22nd.
OR you can always collect cash and have cheques made out to you personally and enter your own orders online - that is the best way to do it to avoid having to submit anything to the office.
CAN I COLLECT CASH/CHEQUE DONATIONS IF MY SUPPORTERS DON'T WANT TO ORDER PURDYS?
YES! Just collect the cash and cheques (made out to "Carson Graham Secondary"), put them in an envelope with "Purdys Music Fundraiser" and the student's name so that we know whose account to credit.
HOW CAN I GET MORE CATALOGS?
Extra catalogs might be available in the Music Room. Or, download an electronic version here
I HAVEN'T RECEIVED A PURDYS CATALOG OR MY INSTRUCTION FORMS:
Contact your music teacher. For a backup set of forms, contact: Susan Gibbons at susan@susangibbons.ca.

Sales will close at the EOD Tuesday, Nov 22nd, 2022
This is a hard end date set by Purdys and cannot be extended. Please have all orders submitted online (or paper ones handed into the school office by this date).
Order Pickup: Friday, Dec. 2nd from 3pm to 6pm and Wednesday Dec. 7th from 6pm to 8pm in the Agora
Note: Students are responsible for the pickup and distribution of all the orders on their account
PARENT VOLUNTEERS NEEDED:
We will need many parent volunteers to assist us on the evening of Thursday Dec. 1st from approx. 5:00 PM onwards (later arrivals are OK!) to count and sort the chocolates ready for pick-up. Many hands make light work! We will also need a few helpers to assist with the two pick-up times listed above.
