Purdys Chocolate Fundraiser - 2020
Again this holiday season the Carson Graham Music Program is selling Purdys Chocolates!
Your family, friends , co-workers and neighbours can shop online (payment by credit card - preferred method) or by order form (payment by cash or cheque) to avoid the crowds.
This year, the money that each student raises will be used to pay for:
1. their school music course fee(s)
2. any additional funds will then be split between the student’s own account and the music department
We understand that paying school course fee(s) at this time can be difficult for some families due to the pandemic - we hope that this opportunity makes it a little easier. And, as the music department has little opportunity to do its own fundraising this year, the extra funds will help offset the costs of maintaining our vibrant and expanding program.
HOW IT WORKS:
The first thing you must do is log into your account.
Students have received a Purdys catalog and (2) information forms from their music teacher.
INVITE CUSTOMERS TO PLACE ORDERS:
This can be done in (2) ways ...
1. Email them the instructions on your Customer Ordering Instructions form
(i.e.) send them your link: https://fundraising .purdys.com/1238xxx-79842
2. Log in to your account (instructions on the Student Information Sheet), click the "Send Invites" tab at top of the screen, edit /personalize the invite, then email out to family and friends.

- Student Information Form - includes your seven digit individual Purdys login ID - first name@1238xxx.com) plus our password - Teams@79842. Follow the directions on this form to log into your account and send invitations to your customers.
- Customer Information Form- send these instructions to family, friends, co-workers, etc. to place orders on your account.

- Print the Purdys Order Form here
- Ensure your customer's name and contact information is at the top of the form
- Include your name so that the order is credited to your account.
- Cheques must be made out to "Carson Graham Secondary"
- Hand in the order form, and payment, to the school office before the deadline on Tuesday, Nov 24th.

HOW CAN I USE THE MONEY I EARN IN MY 'STUDENT FUNDRAISING ACCOUNT'?
- At the end of the fundraiser the profit you earn will be held by the music teachers in your Fundraising Account.
- The funds in your account can be used to pay for trips within the music program.
- To use the funds email your music teacher.

IMPORTANT DATES:

- This is a hard date set by Purdys and cannot be extended
- Order Pickup: Friday, Dec. 4th from 3pm to 5pm and Monday, Dec. 7th from 6pm to 8pm at the garage doors in the Agora
- Students are responsible for pickup and distribution of orders to their customers
